Duties
- Review daily service appointment schedules using dealership equity mining tools and CRM platforms to identify prime trade-in candidates.
- Engage service drive customers in a low-pressure, consultative manner while their vehicles are in for maintenance or repair.
- Conduct equity evaluations, trade appraisals, and soft-pull pre-qualification reviews to present clear upgrade options to vehicle owners.
- Provide vehicle owners with options comparing upcoming service/repair costs against upgrading to a new or late-model pre-owned vehicle under warranty.
- Engage with clients through warm calling and personalized communication to understand their needs and promote tailored solutions
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Demonstrated success in managing customer accounts and meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience in deal closing, client relationship management, and sales negotiation strategies
- Knowledge of marketing principles and business development techniques to identify growth opportunities
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
