The Director of Solutions Engineering will lead the global Solutions Engineering function, setting vision, strategy, and operational excellence for technical pre-sales and solution design. This role will oversee a team of Solutions Engineers, ensuring they deliver compelling technical engagements, drive customer success, and influence product direction. The Director will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to accelerate growth and position our solutions as market leaders.
Requirements:- Define and execute the global strategy for Solutions Engineering to support revenue growth and customer success.
- Establish frameworks for technical discovery, solution design, and proof-of-concept delivery.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers by creating training programs, career development paths, and performance metrics.
- Oversee and guide compelling C-level product presentations and workshops for enterprise prospects and clients.
- Ensure alignment of technical messaging with business outcomes and value-based selling strategies.
- Develop best practices for analyzing RFIs/RFPs and defining response strategies.
- Drive process improvements and leverage tools for scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales leadership to optimize deal strategy and technical engagement.
- Collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmap based on market feedback.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and customer-facing engagements.
