The Work:
As a Supply Chain Practice and Delivery Lead for Edge, you will oversee the Edge practice growth and delivery execution across multiple programs/engagements, ensuring quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and strong team performance. You will also partner with Sales and Solution teams to standardize and accelerate delivery by building reusable solution and Agentic assets and templatized solution offers that improve speed to value. Additionally, you will contribute to proposal development and support/lead client Orals for Edge pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:
Practice Leadership Across Multiple Programs
Lead end-to-end EDGE Planning practice across multiple programs or engagements (EDGE Supply chain portfolio involving Kinaxis, o9, BlueYonder, Manhattan Associates, Anaplan, Coupa and others), ensuring growth, delivery excellence and measurable outcomes.
Manage planning, delivery governance, escalations, and delivery risk across programs.
Ensure consistent delivery standards, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
Develop and grow talent by coaching teams, reinforcing delivery best practices, and partnering with HR/leadership on capability building.
Partner with client stakeholders and internal functions to drive adoption of change and stabilize delivery performance.
Drive Innovation, Standardization & Speed-to-Value
Identify repeatable delivery patterns and convert them into solution assets, including:
delivery accelerators, reusable components, playbooks, reference architectures, and tooling approaches
Build and maintain templatized solution offers (where applicable), enabling faster proposal responses and reduced time-to-start for new engagements.
Promote standardization across delivery methods to improve predictability, cost, and quality.
Support innovation initiatives that improve delivery throughput while maintaining risk controls.
Solutioning & Sales Collaboration (Proposals)
Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and other bid teams to shape delivery strategy during pursuits.
Support proposal development by contributing:
delivery approach, governance model, staffing logic, and implementation plan
differentiators tied to reusable assets/accelerators and known delivery methods
Create or review proposal content to ensure it aligns with feasible delivery execution, commercial expectations, and client requirements.
Support and Lead Orals
Participate in bid Orals and executive discussions to present delivery strategy and execution confidence.
Lead oral sessions where required—aligning storytelling across delivery, solution, and commercial commitments.
Support Q&A responses by coordinating with SMEs and ensuring consistent messaging across stakeholders.
Travel may be required for role. 0-100% depending on client and business needs.
What You Need:
Minimum 8+ years' experience leading delivery for small and large-scale transformation programs (or multiple concurrent programs) including demonstrated success in multi-functional stakeholder management, including client executives and internal leadership.
Minimum 8+ years previous experience with delivery governance, risk management, and program planning.
Minimum 8+ years' experience supporting bids (RFP/RFI), proposals, and/or Orals in enterprise environments.
Minimum 8+ years' experience leading people and teams; proven ability to improve overall delivery performance (onshore and offshore teams).
Minimum 5+ years' experience building reusable assets, accelerators, or offerings that improve speed and predictability
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate's degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical Background in any of the Supply Chain solutions (Kinaxis, o9, Manhattan) is preferred.
Strong experience with solution architecture concepts (end-to-end, multi-service solution design).
Experience in operations mobilization / transition setups for new outsourcing or transformation engagements.
Demonstrated metrics-driven improvement (quality, delivery predictability, cost efficiency, etc.
Experience positioning Managed Services
