Trillium Facility Solutions is a national facility maintenance company supporting businesses across the country. We coordinate a wide range of commercial repair and maintenance services by partnering with qualified local service providers—who we call our Partners.

We are looking for a Partner (Vendor) Sourcing Specialist who is resourceful, confident on the phone, and motivated by the challenge of finding the right solution.

This role is a critical part of our service delivery process. When a work order comes in, our Sourcing team is responsible for identifying, contacting, and securing a qualified local Partner who can complete the work within the required scope, timeline, and pricing expectations.

What You'll Do

• Source qualified local Partners across the U.S. for active work orders, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, handyman, locksmith, roofing, doors, and other facility services
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to identify and connect with potential Partners
• Clearly communicate work order scope, location, timing, and expectations
• Confirm availability, capabilities, pricing, and service requirements before assigning work
• Negotiate rates and service terms when needed
• Build relationships with new and existing Partners
• Think creatively when traditional sourcing methods aren't producing results
• Respond quickly to urgent and time-sensitive service requests
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication within our work order system
• Work closely with our Intake, Execution, Project Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth handoff once a Partner is secured

Experience in facility maintenance, vendor sourcing, dispatch, recruiting, sales, or the skilled trades is a must. We can teach the industry. We're looking for someone with the right communication skills, initiative, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

You'll be successful when you can take ownership of a sourcing need, find the right Partner, communicate expectations clearly, and confidently hand the work order to the next stage knowing the Partner is prepared to execute.
