- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing sourcing, cost estimation, and project management.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and cost estimating software.
- PM P or equivalent project management certification a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
