Job Description
Our technology strategists evaluate broad technology trends and disruptive innovations and then interpret the implications and opportunities for our business. We provide an objective, independent perspective enabling Allstate to realize the full potential of technology resources, investments and assets. As advisory partners, we bring together the right voices and thought leadership to make informed decisions and set the strategic direction for how Allstate can leverage technology to create competitive advantage. The Technology Strategy Consultant is responsible for contributing to the design, delivery and execution of strategic initiatives to deliver on department and broader Enterprise goals. Additionally, the Technology Strategy Senior Consultant II will partner with leaders and individual contributors from across the enterprise to contribute to cutting-edge technology strategies that enable Allstate to achieve near and long-term goals.Key Responsibilities
- Recommends and implements change across multiple organizations in alignment with enterprise change initiatives; uses personal influence to enlist employees and peers in implementing change
- Aligns to and models an environment of accountability within the team
- Responsible for contributing to initiatives which will drive our enterprise technology strategy forward
- Acting as a thought leader by developing ideas that have strategic impact and align with broader Enterprise strategies
- Leverages business knowledge to facilitate the acceptance of ideas where difficult (but necessary) to achieve goals and objectives
- Partners with other strategists to contribute to the development of a vision, direction, and specific objectives for targeted organizational areas
- Contributes knowledge to complex situations, where alternatives are numerous, to support the development of business solutions on behalf of the organization
- Supports the communication of the technology strategy to the organization so they understand their roles, are motivated to achieve established goals and have line of the sight between their work and Allstate strategies

Compensation offered for this role is 70,100.00 - 121,475.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
