Duties
- Analyze supply chain data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement teams utilizing SAP ERP and Oracle EBS to manage purchasing activities and supplier relationships effectively.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize inventory control, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve supply chain disruptions, ensuring seamless production flow and timely delivery.
- Support demand planning and production scheduling by leveraging MRP systems to align inventory levels with forecasted needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen events and process mapping to enhance logistics operations and supply chain analytics.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, procurement activities, and logistics documentation to ensure compliance and transparency.
Requirements
- Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms for supply chain management.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools including Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel for reporting and decision-making.
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts such as demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions effectively within complex supply chain environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferred; relevant certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean are a plus.
