As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will serve as a trusted technical resource and the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone or email.
You’ll:
- Configure and maintain user desktops, laptops, and iPhone devices and keep them updated with new software and security patches
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Record events and problems and their resolution in Kaseya
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred
- 5+ years of experience, preferred
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Experience with active directory
- Experience mapping network drives and printers
- The ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Good troubleshooting skills over the phone or e-mail
- The ability to learn custom software packages as needed
- The ability to work independently and self-managed
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is primarily an office-based role, with opportunities to get out into the field and stay connected to the projects and people you’re serving. In our GMC Montgomery office, you will experience a strong office culture and be centrally located to a vibrant restaurant scene and premier upscale outdoor shopping.
Travel: 10%, based upon business needs
Work will entail having prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and working in an office environment.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
