Which consumer goods companies sponsor E-3 visas in Colorado?
Colorado has a notable concentration of consumer goods employers with the capacity to sponsor E-3 visas, including Ball Corporation (packaging and beverage containers) headquartered in Westminster, as well as outdoor and natural products companies based in the Denver-Boulder corridor. Larger multinationals with Colorado offices across food, beverage, and household products categories have also filed Labor Condition Applications for specialty occupation roles in the past.
Which cities in Colorado have the most consumer goods E-3 sponsorship jobs?
Denver and Boulder account for the majority of consumer goods E-3 sponsorship activity in Colorado. Denver's size makes it the hub for corporate functions like supply chain, finance, and marketing within consumer goods companies. Boulder has a distinct cluster of natural foods, wellness, and outdoor lifestyle brands. Westminster and Broomfield, both in the Denver metro, also host headquarters-level operations for major consumer goods employers.
What types of consumer goods roles typically qualify for E-3 sponsorship?
E-3 sponsorship requires the role to meet the specialty occupation standard, meaning it must normally require at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. In consumer goods, roles that commonly meet this threshold include product development manager, supply chain analyst, brand manager, food scientist, quality assurance engineer, and marketing analyst. General operational or retail-facing roles that accept any degree field are less likely to qualify.
How do I find consumer goods E-3 sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. You can filter by visa type (E-3), industry (consumer goods), and state (Colorado) to see roles where employers have a track record of sponsorship. Because E-3 sponsorship depends on both the role and the employer's willingness to file a Labor Condition Application, filtering for verified sponsoring employers in Colorado's consumer goods sector saves significant time compared to applying broadly.
Are there any Colorado-specific considerations for consumer goods E-3 sponsorship?
Colorado's strong outdoor recreation and natural products industries mean many consumer goods companies in the state are growth-stage or mid-size, which can affect sponsorship capacity. Smaller brands may be willing to sponsor but less familiar with the E-3 process, so being prepared to explain the visa requirements to a prospective employer is practical. Colorado also has no state-level restrictions on E-3 sponsorship beyond standard federal requirements.
What is the prevailing wage for E-3 consumer goods jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
