What You Will Do
- Provide technical leadership across apparel development, defining and evolving fit, pattern, and construction foundations
- Lead cross-functional work to establish and maintain fit, sizing, and construction standards that support consistency and scalability
- Validate foundational technical solutions using consumer and athlete insights, testing, and data
- Create and maintain specifications, libraries, and tools that enable downstream product teams
- Support digital product creation through virtual fit and construction validation using 3D tools
What You Bring
- Expertise in apparel fit, pattern development, grading, and construction systems
- Proven experience defining foundational fit or pattern platforms adopted across multiple products or seasons
- Advanced proficiency with digital pattern-making and grading tools (e.g., Optitex or equivalent)
- Strong working knowledge of 3D apparel development tools (e.g., CLO or equivalent) for fit and construction validation
- Experience creating and maintaining technical standards, libraries, and frameworks that scale across teams
- Ability to use data, testing, and validation insights to inform technical decisions
- Demonstrated capability to lead through influence, mentor others, and act as a technical authority
- Strategic mindset with strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving alignment across functions
- Advanced experience in the apparel development process from inception through production, including but not limited to pattern making, grading, construction, costing
