Power the Productions and Operations Behind the World's Most-Watched Brand
Beast Industries is scaling at a pace few companies ever experience, and behind every record-breaking production and every new business line is a procurement engine that has to move just as fast. As Manager of Procurement, you'll build that engine from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape an end-to-end procurement function at one of the most dynamic media companies in the world. You'll be the connective tissue between high-volume production teams who demand speed and creative problem-solving, and corporate leaders who require disciplined sourcing, vendor management, and cost controls. One day you might be negotiating a last-minute equipment deal on set; the next, you're building a multi-year supplier strategy. If you thrive in ambiguity, have a bias for action, and know how to build systems that enable scale without slowing people down, we want to hear from you.
The Role
Reporting into Finance, you'll lead procurement across both production and corporate spend partnering closely with Studio, Production, Tech, Legal, and executive leadership to deliver a function that is fast, scalable, and best-in-class.
- Lead procurement for video and content production, including equipment, props, set materials, talent logistics, specialty items, and on-location services
- Partner closely with Production and Studio teams to anticipate needs and execute under tight timelines
- Build and manage a vetted vendor network capable of sourcing unique, high-value, and large-scale items on short notice
- Own corporate sourcing across categories including technology, facilities, professional services, and SaaS
- Design and implement a unified procurement function that serves both production and corporate needs
- Develop scalable processes for recurring needs while maintaining flexibility for one-of-a-kind productions
- Optimize procurement tools and P2P platforms to improve visibility and efficiency
- Establish supplier performance metrics and lead regular business reviews with strategic vendors
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising production quality or timelines
- Provide executive-level reporting on procurement performance, savings, and risk
What You'll Bring
- 7–12+ years of procurement experience, with meaningful exposure to both production/operations environments and corporate procurement
- Background in media, entertainment, consumer products, or high-growth startups strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to source and procure in fast-paced, high-volume environments where speed and resourcefulness are essential
- Deep experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management across diverse categories
- Strong understanding of procurement best practices, cost modeling, and total cost of ownership analysis
- Proven track record of building procurement infrastructure — policies, processes, tools — in a scaling organization
- Exceptional negotiation skills across both tactical spot buys and long-term strategic agreements
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with creative, production, finance, legal, and executive stakeholders
- Comfort with ambiguity and sound judgment under pressure with incomplete information
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or procurement certifications (CPSM, CSCP, CPP) a plus
The target total compensation ranges from $138,000 – $184,000, including a fixed annual salary of $120,000 - 160,000, annual bonus, plus an employee equity plan grant and comprehensive benefits.

Which media and entertainment companies sponsor E-3 visas in Georgia?
Georgia's media sector includes major employers with documented E-3 and H-1B visa sponsorship histories, including Tyler Perry Studios, Pinewood Atlanta Studios (now Trilith Studios), Turner Broadcasting (now part of Warner Bros. Discovery), and various post-production and visual effects firms based in Atlanta. Streaming platforms with Georgia production offices have also filed Labor Condition Applications for specialty occupation roles in the state.
Which cities in Georgia have the most media and entertainment E-3 sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta accounts for the overwhelming majority of media and entertainment E-3 sponsorship opportunities in Georgia. The city's Film Row district, Midtown creative corridor, and the Trilith Studios complex in nearby Fayetteville host production companies, post-production facilities, and broadcast operations. Savannah has a smaller but growing presence, particularly in independent film and digital media production.
What types of media and entertainment roles typically qualify for E-3 sponsorship?
Roles that typically qualify are those requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field, which the E-3 specialty occupation standard demands. In media and entertainment, these commonly include visual effects artists with computer graphics or animation degrees, broadcast engineers, digital media producers, motion graphics designers, post-production supervisors, and technical directors. General on-set positions that don't require a specific degree field typically do not qualify.
How do I find media and entertainment E-3 sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate lets you filter specifically for media and entertainment roles in Georgia where employers have verified E-3 sponsorship history, drawing on DOL Labor Condition Application data. This is more targeted than a general job search because it surfaces employers who have already filed for E-3 workers in comparable roles, reducing the time spent approaching companies unfamiliar with Australian visa sponsorship.
Are there any Georgia-specific considerations for E-3 sponsorship in media and entertainment?
Georgia's film tax credit program has drawn significant studio and production investment to the state, which has expanded the number of employers capable of supporting visa sponsorship. However, many production companies operate as short-term LLCs formed for a single project, and these entities may lack the HR infrastructure to navigate LCA filing and E-3 procedures. Australians should confirm that a prospective employer has a stable legal entity and prior sponsorship experience before pursuing an application.
What is the prevailing wage for E-3 media & entertainment jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
