Which consulting companies sponsor E-3 visas in Georgia?
The largest sponsors of consulting E-3 visas in Georgia are multinational professional services firms with Atlanta offices, including Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, EY, KPMG, and McKinsey. Government-adjacent consulting firms like Booz Allen Hamilton and Leidos also have a presence given Georgia's federal contractor activity. Sponsorship patterns vary by firm and by the specific role being filled, so confirming sponsorship willingness directly with each employer is important.
Which cities in Georgia have the most consulting E-3 sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta is by far the primary market for consulting E-3 jobs in Georgia, hosting the state's largest concentration of professional services firms, corporate headquarters, and federal contractors. Areas like Midtown, Buckhead, and the Perimeter Center corridor are home to major consulting offices. Outside Atlanta, opportunities are limited, though Savannah and Augusta occasionally have roles tied to logistics, healthcare, and government consulting.
What types of consulting roles typically qualify for E-3 sponsorship?
Roles that typically qualify are those requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field directly related to the position. In consulting, this includes management consulting, strategy consulting, IT consulting, financial advisory, supply chain consulting, and technology implementation roles. Positions like 'generalist analyst' where any degree is acceptable may face more scrutiny under the specialty occupation requirement, so the degree-to-role alignment matters significantly.
How do I find consulting E-3 sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find consulting E-3 sponsorship jobs in Georgia, with listings filtered specifically for E-3-eligible roles so you're not sifting through positions that won't support your visa. Searching by industry and state on Migrate Mate surfaces consulting employers in Atlanta and across Georgia who have a history of E-3 sponsorship, saving you time compared to searching general job boards where sponsorship status is rarely clear upfront.
Are there any Georgia-specific considerations for consulting E-3 sponsorship?
Georgia does not impose state-level visa sponsorship requirements beyond federal obligations, but employers must file a Labor Condition Application certifying the offered wage meets the prevailing wage for the consulting role and location. Atlanta's consulting market is competitive, and many firms have established immigration support processes, though this varies by office and practice group. Australian applicants should confirm that a specific Georgia office, not just the firm nationally, is willing to sponsor before advancing far in the hiring process.
What is the prevailing wage for E-3 consulting jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
