Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Which food and beverage companies in Georgia sponsor E-3 visas?
Georgia is home to several large food and beverage employers with established sponsorship histories. Coca-Cola, headquartered in Atlanta, regularly sponsors specialty occupation roles. Inspire Brands and Arby's Restaurant Group, also Atlanta-based, have sponsored positions in marketing, finance, and operations. Larger food manufacturers in the state, including those in the Savannah and Columbus corridors, have also filed E-3 and H-1B petitions for qualified candidates.
Which cities in Georgia have the most food and beverage E-3 sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta accounts for the majority of food and beverage E-3 opportunities in Georgia, driven by its concentration of corporate headquarters and regional offices. Savannah has a growing food manufacturing and distribution presence that generates some sponsorship-eligible roles. Gainesville, known for poultry processing, and Columbus occasionally have openings in food science and quality assurance that may qualify for E-3 sponsorship.
What types of food and beverage roles typically qualify for E-3 sponsorship in Georgia?
E-3 sponsorship requires the position to qualify as a specialty occupation, meaning it typically requires at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. In Georgia's food and beverage sector, roles that commonly meet this standard include food scientist, quality assurance manager, regulatory affairs specialist, supply chain analyst, brand manager, and food safety engineer. General production or supervisory roles without a degree requirement rarely qualify.
How do I find food & beverage E-3 sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find food and beverage E-3 sponsorship jobs in Georgia, as the platform filters specifically for E-3-eligible roles and known sponsoring employers in the state. Beyond the platform, targeting Atlanta-headquartered food and beverage companies directly and searching for specialty occupation roles in food science, brand management, and supply chain gives you the strongest chance of finding genuine E-3 opportunities.
Are there any Georgia-specific considerations for food and beverage E-3 sponsorship?
Georgia does not impose state-level visa requirements, but the concentration of food and beverage corporate offices in Atlanta means the local job market tends to favor white-collar specialty roles over production-floor positions for E-3 purposes. Employers in Georgia must still file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor and demonstrate the role meets specialty occupation standards before sponsoring an E-3 applicant.
What is the prevailing wage for E-3 food & beverage jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
