In-office expectations
Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. Tips for Finding E-3 Sponsorship Jobs in Georgia
Target Atlanta's technology corridor first
Atlanta hosts a dense cluster of technology employers in Midtown and Buckhead, including major corporations and fast-growing startups. These companies have established immigration processes and are among the most consistent E-3 sponsors in Georgia.
Look beyond Atlanta to Augusta and Savannah
Augusta's cybersecurity and healthcare sectors and Savannah's logistics and port operations industries both generate E-3-eligible roles. Expanding your search beyond Atlanta increases your options and often means less competition from other international applicants.
Research employers through DOL disclosure data
The Department of Labor's public LCA disclosure database lists every employer that has certified a Labor Condition Application. Filtering by Georgia and E-3 visa type shows which companies have actively sponsored the visa recently, giving you a verified target list.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Georgia E-3 jobs efficiently
Migrate Mate's job board lets you filter by visa type and state, so you can browse E-3 sponsorship jobs in Georgia directly. This saves significant time compared to manually screening employers who may not sponsor international candidates.
Align your application to Georgia's specialty occupation demand
Georgia employers most frequently sponsor E-3 visas for engineering, software development, financial analysis, and healthcare roles. Framing your application around the specific technical or professional requirements of these fields strengthens your specialty occupation case.
Engage with Atlanta's Australian professional network
The Australian American Chamber of Commerce and Atlanta's expatriate communities are active networking channels. Personal referrals to hiring managers at E-3-familiar companies can shorten the path to an offer considerably, particularly in finance and consulting.

Which cities in Georgia have the most E-3 sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta accounts for the large majority of E-3 sponsorship activity in Georgia, driven by its concentration of Fortune 500 headquarters, technology firms, and financial institutions. Augusta has a growing cybersecurity and healthcare presence, and Savannah generates demand in supply chain and engineering roles connected to its port and manufacturing base.

What is the prevailing wage for E-3 jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
