Which e-commerce companies in Georgia sponsor E-3 visas?
Atlanta-based employers with established e-commerce operations, including Home Depot (which runs one of the largest retail e-commerce platforms in the U.S.), NCR Voyix, and Global-E partners, have histories of sponsoring skilled foreign workers. Midsize retail-tech and marketplace startups headquartered in Georgia also file E-3 petitions, particularly for technical and product roles that meet the specialty occupation requirement.
Which cities in Georgia have the most e-commerce E-3 sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta accounts for the overwhelming majority of e-commerce E-3 opportunities in Georgia. Buckhead, Midtown, and the Perimeter Center corridor host corporate headquarters and technology offices where most qualifying roles are based. Savannah has a smaller but emerging presence tied to its logistics infrastructure, though corporate e-commerce roles with E-3 sponsorship remain concentrated in the Atlanta metro.
What types of e-commerce roles typically qualify for E-3 sponsorship in Georgia?
Roles that consistently meet the specialty occupation standard in Georgia's e-commerce sector include software engineers, data analysts, UX and product designers, digital marketing managers with specialized credentials, and supply chain technology analysts. The key requirement is that the position normally requires at minimum a bachelor's degree in a specific field directly related to the duties performed. General coordinator or operations roles without a defined degree requirement are less likely to qualify.
How do I find e-commerce E-3 sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. You can filter by visa type (E-3), industry (e-commerce), and state (Georgia) to surface employers in Atlanta and beyond that are actively hiring and open to sponsorship. Because E-3 eligibility depends on both the employer's willingness to sponsor and the role meeting specialty occupation criteria, using a platform focused on visa sponsorship saves significant time compared to general job searching.
Are there any Georgia-specific considerations for E-3 sponsorship in e-commerce?
Georgia does not have state-level work authorization requirements beyond federal E-3 standards, but the state's competitive retail-tech market means employers in Atlanta often move quickly through hiring cycles. Your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor before your E-3 application proceeds, and Georgia-based e-commerce companies are generally familiar with this process given the state's history of international tech hiring.
What is the prevailing wage for E-3 e-commerce jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
