Requirements
- Prior Sales Experience preferred
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency, confident and works well independently
- Must be highly self-motivated, possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
- Ability to follow up and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Create tailored quotes directly with clients that align with their risk profiles, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
- Quote and sell life insurance
