ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been a State Farm agent since September 2019, but I bring more than 20 years of insurance experience to the table, including work as a claims adjuster and in agency leadership. That background allows me to coach and mentor my team with practical knowledge and a genuine desire to help them grow.
I’m a proud graduate of Purdue University–Indianapolis, where I earned my B.S. in Psychology, and Indiana Wesleyan University, where I completed my MBA. As a family-owned agency with two children of my own, staying connected to the community is a big part of who I am. I serve as a Board Member for Project Will, supporting young adults with behavioral health challenges, and I’m an Indy Chamber Ambassador, helping welcome new businesses and strengthen local connections across Indianapolis.
Our office culture is friendly, laid-back, and growing, with a true work hard/play hard mentality. What sets us apart is our focus on growing personally, professionally, and physically, while still maintaining strong work/life balance. We believe in giving 100 percent when we’re at work and 100 percent to our lives outside of it. Service is also a core value for us. We volunteer quarterly as a team, most recently partnering with the You Feed Them Mission to support 70 local families.
We currently have four team members and offer meaningful benefits including a 4-day work week opportunity, a health care subsidy, PTO and paid holidays, a 401k, disability and life insurance, no weekend hours, and company-paid training. We’re looking for someone who is a true self-starter—someone who believes they can make a difference, is rooted in their community, and has a history of success. If you're motivated, caring, and ready to grow with a supportive and encouraging team, you’ll feel right at home here.

Which insurance companies in Indiana sponsor TN visas?
Elevance Health (formerly Anthem), headquartered in Indianapolis, is among the most active insurance employers in Indiana and has a history of sponsoring skilled foreign nationals. Other employers with Indiana insurance operations include Salesforce-integrated carriers, regional underwriters, and third-party administrators. TN sponsorship depends on the specific role qualifying as a specialty occupation, so not every open position at these companies will be eligible.
Which cities in Indiana have the most insurance TN sponsorship jobs?
Indianapolis is the clear center of Indiana's insurance job market, home to major carriers, managed care organizations, and insurance technology firms. Fort Wayne has a notable concentration of regional insurance employers, particularly in property and casualty lines. Carmel and Fishers, as Indianapolis suburbs, also host corporate insurance offices and back-office operations that periodically hire for specialty roles suited to TN sponsorship.
What types of insurance roles typically qualify for TN visa sponsorship in Indiana?
TN visas require the position to qualify as a specialty occupation under NAFTA/USMCA, generally meaning a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field is a standard requirement. In insurance, roles that commonly meet this threshold include actuaries, statisticians, financial analysts, accountants, and management consultants. General insurance sales or claims adjuster roles without a specialized degree requirement typically do not qualify for TN sponsorship.
How do I find insurance TN sponsorship jobs in Indiana?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. You can filter by TN visa sponsorship, select Indiana as your target state, and browse insurance roles from employers who have indicated sponsorship willingness. This narrows your search far more efficiently than general job boards, since TN-eligible positions in Indiana's insurance sector require both the right role type and an employer prepared to support the sponsorship process.
Are there any Indiana-specific considerations for TN visa sponsorship in insurance?
Indiana does not impose state-level licensing barriers specific to TN visa holders that differ from federal requirements, but insurance professionals working in regulated roles such as actuarial or compliance functions may need Indiana Department of Insurance credentials in addition to TN status. Canadian professionals can present TN documentation at a port of entry, while Mexican nationals require consular processing. Employers in Indiana's heavily managed-care environment may also require familiarity with Indiana's Medicaid and exchange programs.
