We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn the HVAC trade. Our training will introduce you to the HVAC field and provide you with hands-on experience both in our training lab and in the field with skilled technicians to complete your training.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Our HVAC Install Helper training will teach candidates how to:
- Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
- Learn basic electricity as it pertains to HVAC units
- Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing
- Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in homes
- Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
- Team player
- Company policy states that all candidates must be 21 or older and have a valid driver's license
TRAINING
F.H. Furr will provide all the training required for this position.
COMPENSATION
- Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $50,000.00/Yr.
- Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $60,000.00/Yr.
- Paid weekly
