ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Own paid search, Performance Max, Local Service Ads, and YouTube advertising strategy and performance.
Manage large-scale paid media budgets, optimizing investment allocation and ROI.
Remain hands-on in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube, auditing campaigns, conversion tracking, and keyword strategies.
Lead testing and innovation across paid search platforms, including emerging AI-powered capabilities.
Manage senior-level agency relationships, ensuring performance accountability and strategic alignment.
Present campaign results, insights, and investment recommendations to executive leadership.
* Collaborate with SEO, Content, and other marketing teams to maximize acquisition performance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
10–12+ years of experience in paid search, SEM, and video advertising.
Expert-level, hands-on experience with Google Ads, Performance Max, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube.
Experience managing Local Service Ads (LSAs).
Proven experience overseeing substantial paid media budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
Strong agency management and executive communication skills.
Deep understanding of campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and performance analytics.
Ability to operate independently as a senior-level individual contributor.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
