QUALIFICATIONS
- Two years’ management experience.
- Slots experience preferred.
- Strong Communication, Leadership and Organizational skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook preferred.
- Prior experience with Point of Sale systems helpful.
- Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
- Inform immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs.
- Set schedules and job duties, while maintaining Team Members' hours for proper staffing as defined through established service standards.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures.
