Which distribution & wholesale companies sponsor H-1B visas in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire distributors with documented H-1B visa Labor Condition Application filings include regional logistics operations and wholesale suppliers concentrated in the Manchester-Nashua corridor and along the I-93 and I-95 corridors. Companies handling medical supplies, industrial equipment, and food wholesale have sponsored H-1B workers in technology, supply chain engineering, and operations management roles. DOL OFLC disclosure data lists certified LCAs by employer and occupation for any given fiscal year.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most distribution & wholesale H-1B sponsorship jobs?
Manchester and Nashua account for the largest share of distribution and wholesale H-1B activity in New Hampshire, given their proximity to major highway corridors and the broader Boston logistics market. The Seacoast area around Portsmouth also hosts wholesale and distribution operations tied to regional supply chains. Concord sees occasional sponsorship activity from state-serving distributors, though volumes are smaller than the southern tier.
What types of distribution & wholesale roles typically qualify for H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship in distribution and wholesale applies to specialty occupation roles requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. Qualifying positions commonly include supply chain analysts, logistics systems engineers, procurement specialists, inventory management analysts, and enterprise software implementation roles tied to warehouse management systems. General warehouse, driver, and sales roles without a degree requirement do not meet the specialty occupation standard under USCIS policy.
How do I find distribution & wholesale H-1B sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate surfaces New Hampshire distribution and wholesale employers with verified H-1B LCA filing history, so you can filter specifically for companies that have sponsored the visa type before. Searching by industry and state on Migrate Mate shows active roles alongside each employer's sponsorship track record. You can also cross-reference employer names against DOL OFLC public disclosure data to confirm filing activity before applying.
Are there state-specific considerations for H-1B sponsorship in New Hampshire's wholesale sector?
New Hampshire has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage calculations since DOL sets H-1B wage levels based on Bureau of Labor Statistics occupational wage data by metropolitan statistical area. The Manchester-Nashua MSA and the Boston-Cambridge-Nashua MSA overlap for some positions, so the applicable wage level depends on the worksite location. Employers with worksites in multiple New England states must file separate LCAs for each work location under USCIS and DOL rules.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B distribution & wholesale jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
