Warby Parker was founded with a mission: to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose, and style.
We're constantly asking ourselves how we can do more and make a greater impact, and that starts by reimagining everything that a company and industry can be. We want to demonstrate that a business can scale while doing good in the world, without charging a premium for it. And we’ve learned that it takes creativity, empathy, and innovation to achieve that goal.
Since the day we launched in 2010, we’ve pioneered ideas, designed products, and developed technologies that help people see. We offer everything you need for happier eyes at a price that leaves you with money in your pocket, from designer-quality glasses and contacts to eye exams and vision tests, and you can meet us online, at our stores, or even in your home. Wherever and whenever you need it, we’re there to make exceptional vision care simple and accessible. (Delightful, too.)
Ultimately, we believe in vision for all, which is why for every pair of glasses or sunglasses we sell, a pair of glasses is distributed to someone in need through our Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program.

Tips for Finding H-1B Sponsorship Jobs in New Hampshire
Target the Manchester-Nashua employment corridor
Southern New Hampshire's dense cluster of technology firms, hospitals, and financial services companies generates a disproportionate share of the state's H-1B filings. Focusing your search on this corridor significantly increases your chances of finding active sponsoring employers.
Look beyond large hospitals to regional health systems
Dartmouth Health and Elliot Health System sponsor H-1B visas regularly for clinical and technical roles. Regional health systems in New Hampshire often have less competition for sponsored positions than major academic medical centers in nearby Boston.
Check DOL LCA disclosure data for verified sponsors
The Department of Labor's OFLC disclosure database lists every employer that has filed a Labor Condition Application in New Hampshire. Searching by state gives you a verified list of companies with a documented history of H-1B sponsorship activity.
Use Migrate Mate to filter for H-1B sponsoring employers
Migrate Mate's job board lets you filter specifically for H-1B sponsoring employers in New Hampshire, saving time you'd otherwise spend researching each company's sponsorship history individually across state-specific industries.
Leverage the Upper Valley's life sciences and research presence
The Lebanon-Hanover area, anchored by Dartmouth College and its affiliated research institutions, supports a cluster of life sciences and biotech roles that qualify as specialty occupations and have a stronger-than-average sponsorship track record.
Network through local professional associations in your field
Organizations like the New Hampshire High Tech Council connect technology professionals with employers actively hiring in the state. Attending local events can surface sponsoring opportunities that never appear on general job boards.

Which industries in New Hampshire sponsor the most H-1B visas?
Healthcare, information technology, and higher education account for the largest share of H-1B visa filings in New Hampshire. Employers such as Dartmouth Health, BAE Systems, and universities in the Manchester and Upper Valley areas regularly file Labor Condition Applications for specialty occupation roles in these sectors. Advanced manufacturing also contributes a meaningful number of filings, particularly for engineering roles.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most H-1B sponsorship jobs?
Manchester and Nashua together represent the highest concentration of H-1B sponsoring employers in the state, driven by the technology, healthcare, and financial services sectors in the southern corridor. Lebanon and Hanover in the Upper Valley are notable for life sciences and academic research roles. Portsmouth also sees activity in defense-related and professional services industries.
What types of roles typically qualify for H-1B sponsorship in New Hampshire?
Roles that qualify as specialty occupations are the most commonly sponsored in New Hampshire. These include software engineers, registered nurses in specialized clinical settings, biomedical researchers, civil and electrical engineers, financial analysts, and university faculty. The role must require at minimum a bachelor's degree in a specific field directly related to the position's duties to meet H-1B specialty occupation criteria.
How do I find H-1B sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate's job board filters specifically for employers with H-1B sponsorship history in New Hampshire, so you can focus on companies already set up to file petitions rather than cold-applying and hoping. You can also search the DOL's OFLC disclosure data to identify which New Hampshire employers have filed Labor Condition Applications recently, then target your applications to those verified sponsors.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
