INTRODUCTION
Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Initiates cross-functional process improvements and cost management activities consistent with company objectives. Leads complex projects and assignments globally and/or cross functionally; may coordinate activities of other personnel. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise. Regularly provides specialized guidance to others in work area. Leads interaction with internal and/or external customers and suppliers and influence their decision making process. Presents information and decision drafts to Sr. executives within the function and across other functions. Regularly networks globally within own function and across other functions. Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements. Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Supervises 4 subordinates and 2 contractors at Senior Scrum Master, Scrum Master, IT Project Management Analyst, Lead IT Business Analyst and Project Coordinator level. 10% domestic travel for workshops or team meetings.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
- Education - Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain and Logistics Technology, or closely related field of study.
- Experience – 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered, or any Quality Control related job titles.
Requires 2 years of experience in:
1) Managing process improvements
2) Manipulating and analyzing large data sets in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, look up functions and advanced formulas
3) Managing, updating, maintaining large datasets to carry out analyses and to identify the key takeaways
4) Working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to solicit strategic business insights
5) Quality Assurance process knowledge regarding QA standards, compliance, and continuous improvement
6) Quality Assurance tools, systems, and testing methodologies with Tricentis qTest and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)
7) Budget management and oversight of Quality Assurance-related spend and resource allocation.
EXPECTED SALARY RANGE
Salary range: $151,628 - $208,000
