We are seeking an HR Manager who will play a key role in supporting our teams, strengthening talent strategies, and helping shape the future growth and culture of the organization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in an HR leadership or management capacity
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
- Experience supporting multi-department teams in a professional services, corporate, or fast-paced business environment preferred
- Proven ability to develop and improve HR processes, policies, onboarding programs, and employee engagement initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Experience with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, benefits administration, and reporting/analytics preferred
- Highly organized with strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
