Responsibilities
- Develop and lead integrated marketing communications strategies for assigned PSG segment audiences, aligning communications plans with business objectives, segment priorities, and customer insights.
- Serve as the primary marketing communications strategy partner to segment Marketing, providing strategic counsel and translating annual business priorities into integrated marketing plans across paid, owned, earned, retail, and experiential channels.
- Lead cross-functional planning and collaboration with Creative, Media, Digital, PR, Social, Product Marketing, Sales, and agency partners to ensure communications are aligned, customer-centric, and executed seamlessly.
- Work with segment teams to develop strategic marketing briefs and communication frameworks that clearly define objectives, target audiences, key messages, success metrics, and integrated channel recommendations for campaigns, product launches, and key segment initiatives.
- Manage the communications planning process from intake through execution, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, resources are aligned, timelines are met, and programs are delivered on budget while maintaining Global Arch Marketing governance standards.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and marketplace trends to measure effectiveness, optimize future communications strategies, and provide recommendations that drive business growth and segment performance.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Global Arch Marketing capabilities, best practices, and cross-brand collaboration to maximize efficiency, strengthen brand consistency, and improve speed to market.
- Foster strong partnerships across Global Architectural Marketing, Consumer Brands Group, Sales, and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment between business strategy, marketing communications, and execution.
- Effectively communicate with Marketing Operations team to ensure communication projects and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years or more of marketing or marketing communications experience
- Excellent writing, verbal communication
- Organization and time management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Agency management experience
- Experience with Sherwin PRO segments or field experience
