- Operate machinery (certification will be provided)

- Ensure proper use of chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing equipment and assigned areas
- Assemble and disassemble machinery at the start and end of each shift
- Assist with pre-production setup (e.g., nest boxes, feeders, drinker lines)
- Assign and delegate tasks to crew members
- Prepare and submit reports for management, including farm cleanout data
- Maintain inventory of vehicles, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and management
- Support other departments and perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to pass a physical exam to obtain a Health Card
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to work evenings, occasional weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability
- Poultry industry experience preferred, but not required
- Basic knowledge of machinery setup and teardown
- Familiarity with chemical handling is a strong plus
- Experience monitoring cleanup processes preferred
