We're looking for a Residential Installer to join our team. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoy hands-on work, and want to grow your skills with a company that invests in its people, we'd love to meet you.
As an Installer, you'll work as part of a crew under the direction of a Foreman, performing high-quality renovation and replacement work that reflects the Eby Exteriors brand.
- Install and replace residential exterior and interior components — windows, doors, siding, roofing, trim, and related systems
- Assist with demolition, prep, and cleanup before, during, and after projects
- Follow project plans, scopes of work, and direction from your Foreman or Project Manager
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and jobsite procedures
- Communicate with your Foreman and crew about progress, issues, or material needs
- Handle materials and equipment with care to prevent damage or waste
- Treat homeowners, coworkers, and subcontractors with professionalism and respect
- Participate in safety meetings, job briefings, and training
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, or exterior installation preferred
- Basic knowledge of carpentry and residential construction practices
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in exterior and interior installation systems
- Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in varying conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
