COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction of residential projects from concept to completion, ensuring each design aligns with client visions and company standards.
• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients, guiding them through design decisions with clarity and confidence.
• Coordinate seamlessly between design and construction teams to ensure the integrity of the design is maintained throughout the build process.
• Develop and present design concepts that are both innovative and practical, meeting the unique needs of each client.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring all milestones are met without compromising on quality.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Oversee the selection of materials and finishes, ensuring they meet both design specifications and budget constraints.

• Experience in leading creative direction for residential projects from concept to completion.
