Position: Full-time
Reports to: Assistant General Manager
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission
Location: Pocono Pines, Pennsylvania

What You’ll Own
- Programs and instruction: Build and lead a full calendar of tennis and pickleball lessons, clinics, camps, leagues and tournaments for men, women, adults and juniors of every level, and keep bringing fresh ideas that get more members on the courts.
- The member experience: Be the face of racquet sports: on the courts during peak play, at committee meetings, and in the club’s newsletter and social media. You’ll build the relationships that make the program feel like a community.
- Operations: Oversee court scheduling, the Tennis Shop and the care of our Har-Tru courts, and manage the department budget, lesson and clinic fees, and accurate financial records.
- Your team: Recruit, train and mentor the assistant professionals, Tennis Shop team and racquet staff, and set the professional, welcoming standard they bring every day.
- Club leadership: Join the club’s leadership team, partner with the Racquet Committees and other departments on events and promotion, and help guide the future of our racquet facilities.
You’ll Thrive Here If You
- Bring a high-level competitive tennis background, ideally at the collegiate level
- Hold current RSPA (formerly USPTA) or PTR tennis and RSPA or PPR pickleball certifications
- Have grown tennis and pickleball programs and know what keeps players coming back
- Lead with energy and warmth, and build strong relationships with members and staff
- Understand pro shop operations, budgets and clay court maintenance
- Are comfortable with scheduling and program technology (college degree preferred)
