- Coordinate with parts inventory to ensure timely availability of required components.
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting equipment.
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical certification or associate degree in electrical/mechanical technology preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience servicing diesel generator sets.
- Proficiency with multimeters, and some knowledge with Cummins Quickserve, Insite & InPower.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces.
- Willingness to travel to multiple job sites as needed.
