Position Summary:
- Participating in field oversight activities related to site development and lot delivery
- Working alongside civil contractors, consultants, and trade partners to monitor project progress and construction activities
- Coordinating with local inspectors, municipal representatives, and jurisdictional staff throughout the development process
- Developing an understanding of development schedules, construction sequencing, and project execution
- Assisting with land development budget tracking and cost management
- Participating in onsite meetings related to safety, contractor coordination, and project execution
- Developing familiarity with permitting requirements, compliance procedures, and site safety protocols
- Working collaboratively with internal departments and cross-functional teams throughout the development process
- Assist in conducting market research and feasibility studies for potential land acquisitions
- Support the team in analyzing zoning and regulatory requirements
- Participate in due diligence activities related to land development

- Complete all other duties as assigned by manager
- Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications
