TITLE: Manager, IT Business Solutions - CGUS (Reference Code: SB0405)

DUTIES:
Responsible for the design, development, and management of business system solutions for Topgolf Callaway Brands. Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify solutions to business needs, leveraging technology to add value to the company. Manage a team of analyst resources and accountable for leading creative solutions with a sense of urgency to deliver value. Provide solutions for business needs in all areas of the company. Manage the design, development, and implementation of global business solutions. Design solutions with innovation and ensuring the ability to deliver value over time. Responsible for providing global visibility, collaboration, and analytics to business leaders. Prioritize resources and projects in support of business value and corporate objectives. Establish, grow, and enhance collaborative relationships with global business leads. Provide value-added input and alternatives and facilitate requirements definition whenever appropriate. Manage multiple projects/solutions for multiple business areas. Collaborate within the department to ensure alignment and adherence to stated goals. Collaborate with business areas to understand needs and develop or introduce solutions to maximize value. Leverage matrix approach to sharing of resources in support of business needs. Mentor, develop, and motivate staff. Ongoing evaluation of direct staff for required skills and experience. Manage internal/external resources as “virtual” project teams. Function as an active change agent within the organization challenging the team and business to improve and excel. Supervise at least 4 direct reports with the titles: Senior Analyst, Principal Analyst, Sr. Principal Analyst, Consultant, Sr Consultant, and Manager. Up to 10% domestic and up to 20% international travel required. May work from home up to 2 days per week.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of experience in the offered position or closely related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of ERP or large system functional experience.
- 2 years of experience managing a team providing SAP solution delivery and day-to-day end user support.
Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be “quantified” by “time”. Required expertise/knowledge includes:
- Knowledge of Business process and the application of technology in warehouse space.
- Expertise in SAP ERP / SAP EWM and other technical solutions with a focus on SAP.
- Application experience in warehouse and transportation solutions, hands-on expertise with Infor Nexus, Ship ERP, and Trade Compliance Solutions, enabling effective management and optimization of supply chain operations.
- Application experience in SAP EWM, MFS (Material Flow System) solutioning experience, troubleshooting with debugging knowledge with ASRS implementation experience.
- Working knowledge with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). Experience in Compliance management, Customs management.
- Integration experience to establish interface connections with border security applications for trade data exchange.
- Hands on Integration experience with 3rd party applications.
- Technical knowledge of ABAP programming to provide project estimate and lead the design efforts.
- Business process skills to facilitate conversations about best practices. Provide applications development and enhancement functions, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and object transports using SAP.
- Management and leadership skills: people, process, and technology.
- Experience in developing and maintaining business partnerships at all levels and from varying cultures around the world.
- Knowledge of solution platforms on both On-prem and cloud services, custom development, package implementations to work on highly complex projects.
