I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of 11. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member for my mother, who is also a State Farm agent. Growing up around the business gave me a strong appreciation for customer service, community involvement, and what it takes to build a successful agency.
I’m a graduate of University of Hawaiʻi and have spent my life in the same community I now serve. Being a local resident with deep roots in the area allows me to stay connected to the people and organizations that make our community special. Community involvement is a major part of our agency culture. We participate in and support a variety of local events throughout the year and believe strongly in giving back to the community that supports us.
Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, health benefits, a Simple IRA, and licensing costs paid up front. We are committed to helping team members succeed while providing the support and resources needed to build a rewarding career.
Our office is a high-performing, team-oriented environment where people motivate and challenge each other to grow. I’m looking for someone who is driven, hungry, and willing to take action. The ideal candidate isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, create opportunities, and take ownership of their success. If you’re motivated, competitive, and looking to be part of a team that pushes each other to be their best, this could be a great fit for you.

Account Associate Jobs in Hawaii: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a account associate in Hawaii?
Most account associate roles in Hawaii require at minimum an associate degree, though a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing is increasingly standard among employers like banks and insurance carriers. Candidates moving into insurance account work should be aware that Hawaii's Insurance Division oversees producer licensing, and some employers expect or sponsor that credential. Building familiarity with Hawaii's dominant industries, particularly financial services, hospitality, and healthcare, strengthens a candidacy considerably.
Which companies hire account associates in Hawaii?
Hawaii account associate roles are posted by State Farm and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hawaii's concentrated economy means large financial institutions, regional insurance carriers, and healthcare organizations account for a disproportionate share of openings compared to most mainland states.
Which Hawaii cities have the most account associate jobs?
Honolulu, Mililani Town, and Hilo have the most account associate openings in Hawaii right now. Honolulu dominates because it is home to the state's major financial institutions, insurance headquarters, and healthcare networks, while activity in Kailua-Kona and Kahului reflects the tourism and hospitality industries that anchor those communities and generate steady client-services demand.
How can I get hired as a account associate in Hawaii with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a customer service or administrative support role at a Hawaii bank, insurance office, or healthcare organization, then lateral movement into an account associate position once you understand the client base. First Hawaiian Bank and Bank of Hawaii both run structured new-hire programs that move candidates from teller or service-rep roles into relationship and account functions. A Hawaii insurance producer license, even if not required on day one, signals commitment and gives you a practical edge with insurance-sector employers across the islands.
Where can I find and apply to account associate jobs in Hawaii?
You can find and apply to account associate jobs in Hawaii on Migrate Mate, which lists current Hawaii openings from employers actively hiring right now. Search the listings, find roles that match your background and location preference, and apply directly to the ones that fit.
