As an Account Executive for the Northeast Territory, you aren’t just “selling”—you’re serving as a strategic advisor to HR leaders, benefits decision-makers, brokers, consultants, and the consumers they support. This is a high-impact, field-based B2B and B2C role where you’ll own and grow your territory, build trusted relationships, and drive adoption of a solution that fundamentally changes how employers and individuals navigate and experience healthcare.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Growth: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting HR leaders and benefits consultants.
- Strategic Advising: Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and present TouchCare as the definitive solution.
- Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships within the benefits and insurance ecosystem.
- Portfolio Management: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts with a high degree of autonomy.
- Operational Excellence: Manage your pipeline with precision using a CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
- Pipeline Mastery: Use Salesforce to track activity, manage forecasting accuracy, and ensure steady pipeline progression.
- Market Mastery: Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and the competitive landscape to remain a trusted expert in the point-solution space.

- The Industry Expert: You have 5–10 years of business experience with a mandatory background in healthcare, benefits, insurance, or point solutions.
- Data-Driven: You possess a Bachelor’s degree and have the ability to harness financial data to inform strategic sales decisions.
- High-Achiever: You are a multitasker who knows how to effectively allocate resources to meet and exceed assigned quotas.
- Polished Communicator: You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills alongside strong organizational abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Salesforce.

Compensation
- Base salary of $80,000 – $100,000, based on experience, plus uncapped commissions, sales kickers, and bonus.
- OTE $110,000 - $150,000.
- This is a high-impact role with meaningful upside for driven, results-oriented sales professionals.

Location & Territory Alignment:
This Account Executive role is strategically aligned to assigned sales territories and key market opportunities. Candidates may be based within an aligned territory with the ability to travel for client meetings, broker events, and internal team meetings, or may be based onsite at TouchCare’s Stamford, CT headquarters.
Work Environment:
This role requires regular collaboration with sales leadership and cross-functional teams. Candidates should be able to travel as needed for territory coverage, broker relationships, client meetings, and company events.
Stamford-Based Option:
For candidates based near Stamford, CT, this role may be office-based at TouchCare’s headquarters, with regular onsite presence expected.
