Fund Accounting & Administration, Associate 2 is responsible for engaging with clients and other State Street teams to resolve issues, answer inquiries and process comments while working towards readying monthly NAV to ensure client satisfaction is met through adherence to SLAs. You will also help assist with the activities of offshore teams to produce and/or review client monthly, quarterly, reporting as per GAAP requirements.

As Associate 2 you will:
- Conduct self-review for completed activities and review completed activities for A1s
- Maintain relevant documentation for assigned activities
- Perform research and resolution on exception items; escalate unresolved issues to management as needed
- Proactively share new ideas to support process improvement and changes to team processes
- Deliver services in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and ensure that assigned work is performed to meet internal standards
- Manage own development by engaging in the PPR process, seeking feedback from others and by attending mandated and relevant training
- Identify and report all risk and compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities
- Perform other duties as required

Salary Range:
