- Identify missing documentation or potential discrepancies and promptly communicate them to the appropriate branch accountant for review.
- Track outstanding requests and follow-up with team members as necessary.
- Provide general administrative and accounting support to the Finance team.
- Perform other Finance, accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative, accounting or audit support experience preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn new processes and systems.
