We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive full-cycle recruiting efforts across a range of corporate functions, including supply chain, operations, legal, finance, and other business-critical areas. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate excels at balancing multiple requisitions while building relationships and maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring outcomes. As a trusted recruiting partner, you will manage the entire hiring lifecycle—from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation—ensuring a seamless and compliant process. You will leverage a variety of sourcing channels, proactively build talent pipelines, and provide market insights to inform hiring decisions. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support company talent acquisition strategies in alignment with the business objectives of TTC.
- Build relationships and partner with HR business leaders and hiring managers to understand open positions and hiring needs.
- Utilize a variety of methods including but not limited to professional networking, community outreach and cold calling to attract and source candidates for open roles and build a network for future openings. Effectively use common tools as well as generate creative ideas for attracting and sourcing candidates.
- Actively engage in recruiting activities aimed at reaching a diverse pool of candidates including but not limited to women, minorities, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
- Evaluate candidates through phone screens and behavioral-based interviews.
- Serve as a talent advisor to advise, influence and make sound judgment calls on candidate viability and offer negotiation.
- Effectively and efficiently prioritize requisition loads; work independently to fill positions in a responsive and timely manner.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned or apparent.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-7 years of progressive, corporate-environment, full-cycle recruiting experience; manufacturing industry experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal leaders, hiring managers and HR partners
- Strong knowledge of local and regional market drivers and candidate supply and demand
- Demonstrated proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools; Workday experience preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws with particular focus on talent acquisition
LOCATION:
Position based at our HQ facility in Bloomington, MN
OTHER JOB-RELATED COMPONENTS:
- The Human Resources team is currently implementing a hybrid work schedule - 3 days/week in office is expected
- Position is typically Monday - Friday during normal business hours - may need to flex your day to accommodate candidate availability
- Anticipated length of this engagement is 4-6 months

- Flexible Work Arrangements – This team is currently implementing a hybrid work schedule. The opportunity to collaborate in the office and work from home part-time, has promoted team-building and flexibility. #LI-Hybrid
- Competitive Market Rate – The pay rate takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the hourly pay rate is between $35.00/hr - $55.00/hr.
