Job Description
- Adjunct faculty position teaching in clinical or laboratory courses working with undergraduate students in a BSN nursing program. Clinical/lab teaching could include medical/surgical, mental health, public health, maternal health, and pediatric nursing dependent on current needs of the program.
- At Bethel, we offer classes that are 1, 2 or 4 credits. Adjunct load will vary based on capabilities of the Adjunct Professor and needs of the department.

- Teach in clinical settings per specialty area
- Teach in the nursing skills and simulation labs
- Evaluate students in clinical and/or skills, including performance exams
- Contribute to an academic environment that seeks to advance diversity and inclusive excellence in the department and the discipline
- Attend scheduled teaching team meetings

- Clinical practice experience in specialty area
Compensation
We pay $1,250 per credit hour for in-person courses.
