JOB SUMMARY:
Coordinates clinical management of patient care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
Job Requirements:
- Current and Valid License as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee Required
- Certified through ANCC or AANP Required
- Master's in Nursing Preferred
- 2 Years of Nursing Practitioner Experience in a Clinical Setting Preferred
