- Monitor hotel quality, cleanliness, and brand standards to ensure compliance with Marriott requirements.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management of team members.
- Help manage labor costs, departmental expenses, and hotel profitability.
- Participate in revenue management initiatives and collaborate with the sales team to maximize occupancy and ADR.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
- Support the General Manager in preparing reports, budgets, and operational analyses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety procedures.
- Serve as Manager on Duty as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel leadership experience, preferably in a Marriott or extended-stay environment.
