We are hiring a dedicated, motivated Assistant Property Manager to help lead operations at one of our residential communities. While previous property management experience is a plus, we’re open to candidates with strong leadership skills from other customer-facing industries like hospitality or retail.

Responsibilities
- Support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations
- Assist with leasing, resident relations, service requests, and retention efforts
- Help coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
- Conduct property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, reporting, and file management
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects
- Support team performance and step in for the manager as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Prior team leadership or supervisory experience required
- Previous experience with HUD and/or LIHTC housing programs is strongly preferred.
- Property management, hospitality, or similar background is a plus
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws (or willingness to learn)
- Comfortable with basic administrative tools and software
