Requires proven interpersonal, coordination, and leadership skills with ability to communicate effectively. Requires practical and theoretical knowledge of home health/hospice. Demonstrates active involvement in professional organizations and community activities.
- Required: Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, proof of auto insurance.
Pay is determined by years of experience and location.
