We work with consumers, real estate investors, and business owners who are looking for alternative paths to purchasing property, accessing funding resources, and structuring transactions through our network and programs.
You do not need to be a loan officer or have a background in banking. We are looking for salespeople.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Speak with prospective Connex clients
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries
- Learn what the client is trying to accomplish
- Explain Connex programs, memberships, and available services
- Follow a structured sales process
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients
- Collect basic information needed to move clients forward
- Work with our underwriting and operations teams
- Close new client enrollments
- Maintain accurate notes and client records
- Meet individual and team sales goals

Experience in real estate, manufactured housing, automotive sales, insurance, finance, call centers, or other high-volume sales environments can be helpful.
