Independent Restoration Services of Houston is looking for an outgoing, motivated marketer to build relationships and bring in new business throughout the Houston area.
This role focuses on getting out into the community, meeting potential referral partners, and turning those connections into business. If you enjoy meeting people, developing relationships, and earning commission based on your results, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain referral relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, and other local businesses.
- Visit current and prospective referral partners regularly to keep our company top of mind.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Attend local networking events and industry meetings.
- Explain our restoration services and connect potential customers with our team.
- Track outreach, referrals, and business generated.
- Coordinate with our team to help deliver a positive customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in marketing, outside sales, or business development preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter who can manage their schedule and consistently follow up.
- Comfort introducing yourself to new people and asking for business.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for local travel.
- Restoration, construction, plumbing, or insurance industry experience is a plus.
What We Offer
- $25,000 annual base salary.
- 5% commission on revenue you generate.
- Expected annual earnings of $60,000–$100,000 based on results; earnings are not guaranteed.
- The opportunity to build a strong local referral network and directly contribute to our company’s growth.
