Align your credentials to U.S. standards
Arcadis Engineering Program Manager roles typically require a bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering. If your degree is from outside the U.S., get a credential evaluation from a NACES-approved service before you apply.
Target practice areas with active hiring
Arcadis staffs Engineering Program Managers across water, transportation, and environmental remediation practices. Focusing your application on these verticals puts you in front of hiring teams with the most consistent demand for this role.
Understand how Arcadis structures LCA filings
Your employer files a Labor Condition Application with DOL before petitioning USCIS. At a firm like Arcadis, the LCA is tied to your primary work location, so clarify with your recruiter which office your role is assigned to before the offer stage.
Use Migrate Mate to find open roles
Engineering Program Manager openings at Arcadis are spread across multiple U.S. locations and practice groups. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Arcadis postings that are open to visa sponsorship so you're only spending time on roles that fit your situation.

Find Engineering Program Manager at Arcadis JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Arcadis sponsor H-1B visas for Engineering Program Managers?
Yes, Arcadis sponsors H-1B visas for Engineering Program Managers. The role qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards because it requires at minimum a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline. Arcadis works with immigration counsel to file petitions, and sponsorship is part of the standard hiring process for international candidates in this function.
How do I apply for Engineering Program Manager jobs at Arcadis?
You can search for open Engineering Program Manager roles directly on the Arcadis careers portal, or use Migrate Mate to browse and filter Arcadis postings that are open to visa sponsorship. When applying, tailor your resume to the specific practice area listed in the posting, as Arcadis structures its program management hiring by service line rather than centrally.
Which visa types does Arcadis commonly use for Engineering Program Manager roles?
Arcadis sponsors multiple visa categories for this role, including H-1B, H-1B1 for Chilean and Singaporean nationals, TN for Canadian and Mexican engineers, F-1 OPT and CPT for recent graduates, J-1 for eligible exchange visitors, and employment-based Green Cards through the EB-2 and EB-3 PERM process for longer-term sponsorship. The right visa depends on your nationality, degree level, and career stage.
What qualifications does Arcadis expect for Engineering Program Manager positions?
Arcadis typically looks for a bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, mechanical, or a related engineering field, along with substantial project or program management experience in infrastructure or consulting contexts. PMP certification strengthens your application but is not always required. International candidates should ensure their degree has been evaluated for U.S. equivalency, particularly if the degree is from a non-U.S. institution with a three-year structure.
How long does the sponsorship process take for an Engineering Program Manager at Arcadis?
Timeline depends on the visa type. An H-1B petition filed in the April lottery takes effect October 1 at the earliest, meaning a gap of several months between offer and start. PERM-based Green Card sponsorship through DOL and USCIS can run two to four years or longer depending on your country of birth. Confirm which pathway Arcadis intends to use with your recruiter before you accept an offer.
