HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic in Cameron, North Carolina. This is a clinic-based role working with children with autism and developmental needs. We offer a supportive ABA team environment, paid/on-site training, mentorship, and growth opportunities for both certified RBTs and candidates interested in becoming certified.

- Help children reach their goals and learn new skills through play-based, individualized treatment plans created and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)—because one size does not fit all!
- Track progress and celebrate wins of all sizes
- Receive training and supervision from our multidisciplinary team of ABA clinicians and pediatric therapists while building experience in behavioral health and child development!
QUALIFICATIONS
- A valid RBT certification or completion certificate for a 40-hour RBT certification course is preferred

- Valid CPR certification with the hands-on portion
