ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Principal Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Snowflake, and Glean. You will help clients deliver tangible business value through AI agents. Our services focus on analytics, agentic activation, data visualization, data preparation, and data science.
Key Responsibilities
- Design AI Agents: Build and deploy agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio aligned to business roles.
- Automate Workflows: Translate manual processes into autonomous agents using low-code tools.
- Implement Agent Behaviors: Integrate planning, tool use, contextual memory, and reflection.
- Integrate Systems: Connect Copilot solutions with Power BI, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Govern & Enable: Support governance, lifecycle management, and safe Copilot experimentation.
- Optimize Performance: Develop prompt templates, guardrails, fallback strategies, and feedback loops.
- Partner with IT: Ensure responsible, scalable, and secure agent deployments.
- Embed with Clients: Deliver staff augmentation, pairing on Glean use cases and semantic modeling.
- Lead Enablement: Run developer workshops, guided build sessions, and office hours.
- Create Assets: Co-create playbooks, labs, prompt libraries, and how-to guides.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 3–6 years in enterprise automation, digital transformation, or AI consulting.
- AI Platforms: Direct experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar low-code AI tools.
- BI Expertise: 3–5 years in BI, including advanced ETL, SQL, and data visualization.
- Security & Data: Strong understanding of semantic layers and M365 security boundaries.
- Stakeholder Delivery: Experience leading AI discovery, process mapping, and ROI modeling.
- AI Design: Familiarity with prompt engineering, iterative design, and user testing.
- Soft Skills: Strong collaboration and communication across business and technical teams.
- Tech Stack: Specialized knowledge in Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, Alteryx, KNIME, and AWS.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Leadership: Experience managing consultant teams to ensure project delivery and utilization.
