JOB DETAILS
What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on support for servers, PCs, laptops, and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage IT assets, including provisioning new equipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring accurate tracking
- Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests through an IT ticketing system, meeting defined service level expectations
- Monitor and analyze network performance, identifying and addressing issues to maintain uptime and efficiency
- Support office moves, equipment setup, and infrastructure changes in alignment with safety and operational guidelines
- Document system updates, configurations, and changes to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, tools, and processes to drive efficiency and performance
- Act as a trusted resource for employees, promoting effective use of IT tools and technologies
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with evolving technologies
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in a corporate IT support environment
- Solid experience with Active Directory user administration
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Azure, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Experience working within an ITIL-based ticketing system, managing and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Hands-on expertise supporting Windows 10/11, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and printers
- Foundational understanding of network troubleshooting, including diagnosing connectivity and performance issues
- Working knowledge of Windows Server environments
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A flexible, customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Valid driver’s license with flexibility to travel as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBA, or VBScript
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server environments
- Experience with Microsoft SQL (T-SQL or DBA responsibilities)
- Familiarity with Citrix or Windows Terminal Services
- Exposure to back-end web technologies
