Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Driver Jobs at PepsiCo Jobs
Get your CDL before applying
PepsiCo Driver roles typically require a Commercial Driver's License. Securing your CDL before submitting applications removes a common disqualifying gap and signals to hiring managers that you're ready to work from day one.
Target distribution hubs in high-demand regions
PepsiCo's route driver hiring concentrates around large distribution centers in markets like Texas, California, and Florida. Applying to roles tied to those facilities increases your odds of finding an opening where the team is actively onboarding and sponsoring.
Clarify your OPT or TN status early
If you're on F-1 OPT or TN status, tell your recruiter which authorization you're using before the offer stage. PepsiCo's HR teams process these differently, and giving them lead time prevents delays when onboarding paperwork hits the I-9 verification step through E-Verify.
Understand how PERM affects your timeline
If you're targeting a Green Card through an EB-3 labor certification, the PERM process requires DOL to test the labor market first. For Driver roles, that recruitment period typically runs several months, so plan your current visa runway accordingly.
Browse open Driver roles on Migrate Mate
Filter by PepsiCo and Driver roles on Migrate Mate to see which positions are currently open and which visa types the company sponsors for this function. It saves you from applying blind to roles where sponsorship isn't available.
Confirm H-1B cap timing with your employer contact
H-1B petitions for Driver roles must be filed in the annual cap window, with work authorization starting October 1. Confirm with PepsiCo's HR or immigration team that your role qualifies as a specialty occupation before counting on this pathway.

Find Driver at PepsiCo JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does PepsiCo sponsor H-1B visas for Drivers?
PepsiCo does sponsor H-1B visas, including for roles within its operations and distribution functions. However, H-1B eligibility for Driver positions depends on whether the specific role meets USCIS's specialty occupation standard, which typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Confirm with the hiring team whether your target role qualifies before relying on this pathway.
How do I apply for Driver jobs at PepsiCo?
You can find open Driver positions through PepsiCo's careers portal or by browsing Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship availability. When applying, tailor your resume to highlight commercial driving experience, any relevant certifications like a CDL, and your current work authorization status so recruiters can route your application correctly from the start.
Which visa types does PepsiCo commonly sponsor for Driver roles?
PepsiCo sponsors a range of visa types for operational roles, including H-1B, TN (for Canadian and Mexican nationals under USMCA), F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and employment-based Green Cards through EB-2 and EB-3 categories. The right pathway depends on your nationality, current status, and how the specific Driver role is classified within PepsiCo's HR and legal framework.
What qualifications does PepsiCo expect for sponsored Driver positions?
Most PepsiCo Driver roles require a valid Commercial Driver's License, a clean driving record, and experience operating large commercial vehicles on delivery routes. Some positions also expect familiarity with route logistics software and physical capacity for loading and unloading. For sponsored roles specifically, you'll also need to meet the work authorization criteria tied to whichever visa category applies to your situation.
How do I think about the timeline for visa sponsorship at PepsiCo for a Driver role?
Timeline depends heavily on the visa type. TN status can be processed quickly, sometimes at the port of entry. F-1 OPT authorization is tied to your school's processing timeline with USCIS, typically 90 days before your start date. H-1B requires filing during the annual cap window with an October 1 start. EB-3 Green Card cases involving PERM labor certification run longer, often 12 to 24 months or more from initial filing.
