Align your credentials with U.S. supply chain standards
PepsiCo's Supply Chain roles typically require a degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or operations. If your credential is from outside the U.S., get a formal evaluation through a NACES-member agency before applying, so hiring managers can assess your background without ambiguity.
Target roles tied to PepsiCo's production network
PepsiCo staffs supply chain talent across both its corporate centers and regional manufacturing sites. Roles closer to plant operations, demand planning, or procurement often have stronger sponsorship precedent than purely administrative functions, so filter your search by role type, not just job title.
Understand how TN status applies to your background
Canadian and Mexican nationals with industrial engineering or management consulting backgrounds may qualify for TN status, which PepsiCo sponsors and which has no annual cap or lottery. Confirm that your specific degree and role description meet the DOL's qualifying occupation list before your interview.
Ask about sponsorship timing during the offer stage
For H-1B sponsorship, USCIS requires your employer to file before the April 1 deadline for an October 1 start. If you receive a PepsiCo offer outside that window, clarify whether OPT or cap-exempt bridging is feasible to avoid a gap in authorized employment.
Prepare for PERM if your goal is a Green Card
PepsiCo sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards for Supply Chain roles, which requires the DOL's PERM labor certification process. This timeline typically runs one to two years before your I-140 petition, so raise long-term sponsorship intentions early, not after your first performance review.
Browse verified Supply Chain openings on Migrate Mate
Identifying which PepsiCo Supply Chain requisitions are actively open and sponsorship-eligible takes real research. Use Migrate Mate to filter PepsiCo listings by visa type so you apply to roles where sponsorship is already confirmed, rather than discovering the limitation after a recruiter screen.

Find Supply Chain at PepsiCo JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does PepsiCo sponsor H-1B visas for Supply Chain roles?
Yes, PepsiCo sponsors H-1B visas for Supply Chain positions, including roles in procurement, logistics, demand planning, and operations. Sponsorship is typically offered to candidates after an offer is extended, and the process requires filing with USCIS by the annual April 1 deadline for an October 1 start date. If you're on OPT, your start date may allow bridging while the petition is pending.
How do I apply for Supply Chain jobs at PepsiCo?
Applications go through PepsiCo's careers portal, where Supply Chain roles are listed by function and location. You can also find verified, sponsorship-confirmed openings through Migrate Mate, which filters PepsiCo listings by visa type so you don't waste time on roles that won't support your immigration status. Tailor your resume to highlight relevant experience in operations, logistics, or procurement specific to consumer goods or food and beverage manufacturing.
Which visa types does PepsiCo commonly use for Supply Chain hires?
PepsiCo sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and employment-based Green Cards (EB-2 and EB-3) for Supply Chain roles. F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points for recent graduates, while H-1B is the primary long-term work visa. TN status is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals whose role and degree align with qualifying occupations defined by DOL.
What qualifications does PepsiCo look for in Supply Chain candidates?
PepsiCo typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business operations, or a related technical field. For senior roles, an MBA or relevant graduate degree is common. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, demand forecasting, or end-to-end logistics in consumer packaged goods or food and beverage environments strengthens an application considerably.
How long does the sponsorship process take for a Supply Chain role at PepsiCo?
Timeline depends on the visa type. H-1B sponsorship follows a fixed annual cycle, with USCIS accepting petitions in April for an October 1 start, though premium processing can expedite the approval decision to roughly 15 business days. TN status for Canadians can be obtained at the port of entry, making it faster. Green Card sponsorship through PERM typically adds one to two years before the I-140 stage.
