INTRODUCTION
SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transact with confidence. We’re building the future of identity verification in the United States replacing a clunky, ineffective, and expensive status quo with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate. We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin. We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list every year since 2023. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity. SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.

Align your credentials to specialty occupation standards
SentiLink's Engineering roles typically require a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a closely related field. Make sure your transcripts and any credential evaluations clearly map your coursework to the specific role you're targeting before applying.
Research SentiLink's tech stack before your interviews
SentiLink operates in fintech fraud detection, so Engineering interviews often test systems design and data integrity under scale. Demonstrating familiarity with high-throughput backend systems strengthens your case for a role that justifies the sponsorship investment.
Clarify sponsorship scope during the offer stage
Ask your recruiter explicitly whether the offer covers both the initial petition and eventual PERM Labor Certification for Green Card sponsorship. Some employers sponsor the H-1B but require a separate internal review before committing to EB-2 or EB-3 PERM filing.
Use Migrate Mate to identify active Engineering openings
Engineering roles at SentiLink that support visa sponsorship aren't always flagged clearly on general job boards. Use Migrate Mate to filter for verified sponsoring employers in the Technology and Software sector so you're only applying where authorization is confirmed.
Prepare your DOL prevailing wage documentation early
For EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways, the PERM process requires your employer to advertise the role and document that no qualified U.S. workers were displaced. This can take six to twelve months, so align your timeline expectations with your employer's legal team from the start.

Find Engineering at SentiLink JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does SentiLink sponsor H-1B visas for Engineers?
SentiLink's primary documented sponsorship activity for Engineering roles is through employment-based Green Card pathways (EB-2 and EB-3) and F-1 OPT. If H-1B sponsorship is a requirement for your situation, raise it explicitly during the offer stage, since sponsorship scope can vary by role seniority and internal hiring policy at the time of your offer.
How do I apply for Engineering jobs at SentiLink?
Applications go through SentiLink's careers page, where Engineering roles are listed by team and seniority level. You can also browse verified sponsorship-eligible openings at SentiLink through Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for employers with an active sponsorship track record in Engineering. Tailor your resume to highlight backend systems, distributed infrastructure, or machine learning experience depending on the sub-team you're targeting.
Which visa types are commonly used for Engineering roles at SentiLink?
SentiLink has sponsored Engineering hires through F-1 OPT (including STEM OPT extensions), TN visas for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals, and employment-based Green Card categories including EB-2 and EB-3. If you're a Canadian or Mexican national with a qualifying engineering degree, the TN pathway can be faster to initiate than an employment-based petition since it doesn't require USCIS adjudication.
What qualifications does SentiLink expect for Engineering candidates?
Most Engineering roles at SentiLink in the fraud and identity risk space expect strong fundamentals in backend development, distributed systems, or data engineering. A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related engineering field is typically required, both to meet the specialty occupation standard for visa purposes and to satisfy SentiLink's own technical bar. Practical experience with high-scale data pipelines or API infrastructure is commonly referenced in their job descriptions.
How do I time my application around visa processing deadlines?
If you're on F-1 OPT, the STEM OPT extension application must be filed with USCIS before your initial OPT expires, and your employer must be enrolled in E-Verify to support that extension. For EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card pathways, the PERM Labor Certification process alone typically takes six to twelve months before an I-140 petition can be filed, so starting sponsorship conversations early in the offer process gives you the most runway.
